Department of EEE National Level Techno Fest Nakshatra*13 Nakshatra*13 is a National Level Techno Fest organized by Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Cape Institute of Technology. We have planned to conduct a number of events to expose the talents of students from various domains.
