PLINTRON Interview Questions - 2013 September

I attended Plintron interview today. I went upto technical round and came out from that due to my lack of technical knowledge.

1st round :1st round consists of aptitude questions which will be quite easy.Believe it or not. They ask simple 5 - 6 mathematical questions.

Other Questions are from verbal, analyzing the situation etc.

This round lasts for 20 minutes.

I know the first round questions. But I'm not willing to share it as its damn easy, then the competition becomes heavy since all persons reading it will get full marks.. :P

2nd Round:

2nd round is screening

HR will tell you to introduce yourself. He will see your attire, dressing and communication skills.

3rd Round :

For Testing candidates you will have some questions on testing.
Some of the questions are
1. Who closes testing ?
2. Which is associated with quality control?
3. Stages in SDLC ?
4. Testers need to ensure that ?
5. Software developer starts with ?

Don worry guys all questions do have options.

For C candidates you will be given a questions on C
Such as output prediction
Error correction
writing programs

One should know deep knowledge of pointers to get this round cleared.

For Java Candidates No 3rd round.

4th Round:

4th round is a face to face technical round.
In this round, questions will be asked from the resume. So be sure that you have deep knowledge on the technology which you put in your resume.

They will write some program and ask us to predict the output.

If you are a testing candidate questions will be asked from testing phases.. etc

If you are a C candidate questions will be asked from C concepts.

If you are a java candidate be thorough with basic java questions. Know more about exceptions.

After this round I did'n move to next. So I don't about other rounds.

In an enquiry I came to know that they may also ask you to come to company continuously for 2 weeks as there are more rounds (I Hope so its just for formality. Anyone clearing face to face technical can able to face those things).

SQL Questions:
Primary Key
Cursor
truncate and delete
foreign key

Things needed to attend PLINTRON Interview.
1. Call letter from PLINTRON HR
2. Any of your ID Card
3. ResumeThey will also make you to wait for long time. So be patient guys.

Remember that the salary is 10k per month and it has 3 years bond worth 3 lakh.(i.e) If you break the bond you should pay 3 lakhs.
